Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage incorporates many modalities we specialize in such as Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. WE are trained in many techniques so chances are likely each massage you receive will be different and new!

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
Prenatal massage is body work that focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. Prenatal and Postnatal Massage benefits include hormone regulation, reduction of swelling and can help improve breastfeeding. We are trained and certified in Prenatal and Postnatal massage. Prenatal massage can be performed side lying or in or maternity bolster. The maternity bolster safely cradles mommy and baby in the belly while allowing mom the benefits of a prone massage!

Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage can be done on a mat on the floor or on tabletop. Thai Massage incorporates acupressure, compressioning and assisted stretching. Floor Thai even incorporates assisted yoga poses. It is a fantastic modality that can aid in increased range of motion and mobility, increase circulation and it just feels great!
